  5. Items must be unused, unworn and in perfect condition. Items must be complete, in their original packaging and in a saleable condition, without any marks of dirt or grease, or damage to the transport tape or packaging. Items will be exchanged for the same item with a different size.

  6. Please package the item to be returned using a method similar to that used when the item was shipped to you. Item must include all accessories originally provided (if added).

  7. Goods will not be accepted for the following reasons:

    • Items are returned after 3 days from the date of E.T.A. (Estimated Time of Arrival).

    • Items returned without original invoice details (if added).

    • Items that have been installed, used, altered or damaged in any way.

  8. Returns can only be made once, and we will refuse to return the item if it has been made 2 times based on size reasons. Before placing an order or return, we hope you check the exact size you need.

    • 3 days for domestic shipments from the time the item is received by the customer.

    • 14 days for international shipments from the time the item is received by the customer.
